In most cases, as well as paying to repair or replace your home, ANZ Asset Protector - Home Buildings includes a range of extra benefits that help make getting back to normal as simple and stress-free as possible.

How it works

With ANZ Asset Protector - Home Buildings, we'll pay the full replacement value of accidental damage to your home.

Product information

Extras covered

As well as your house, we can cover certain things you might not have thought of, like damage to:

landscaping
retaining walls
permanent swimming pools or spas.

Gradual damages
covered

We'll pay up to $3,000 for any gradual damage caused by things like leaking or overflowing internal water pipes.

Temporary
accommodation
covered

If you're not able to live in your house while it's being repaired or rebuilt we'll cover the costs of any temporary accommodation - for your family - up to the lesser of $25,000 or 12 months accommodation.

Premium savings

If you take up two or more specific insurance policies with us - any mix of home buildings, contents, motor vehicle or boat - you'll save on your premiums.
