With 17 years banking and lending experience, an ANZ Mobile Mortgage Manager seemed the perfect role for me. I've been involved in lending for the past 10 years, and in property investment for 12, which enables me to discuss a broad range of property related topics and solutions.

As a landlord with several properties, I understand the ups and downs involved with tenanting and maintaining a property portfolio. Also, having had involvement in property development, I understand the complexities of careful structuring and the importance of good advice. I have been working for ANZ for the past 16 years, currently as a Mobile Mortgage Manager, 2 years in Business Banking and previous to that as a Personal Banker dealing in residential property lending.

Having a passion for property and wanting to build up an asset base to retire on, has headed my husband and I in the direction of rental properties. Having bought and sold rental properties for the past 12 years we currently have 2 rental properties and 2 commercial properties. In the past we have had up to 5 rental properties at a time some were self managed and some real estate managed. I am also a member of the Tauranga Property Investors Association which is great for members to discuss opportunities and hear from guest speakers on current market conditions and their own experiences in property.
