Fixed rate expiry process

When your current fixed rate term is due to mature, we will contact you to discuss your options, for example:

  • continue with another fixed rate term
  • split your loan
  • change to a variable rate loan.

Increase my borrowing

Do you need more money – for a renovation, new car or investment property?

  • Apply for a top up using the equity in your existing property as security.

Loan repayment holiday

If you need a break from your home loan repayments, you can apply for an ANZ Loan Repayment Holiday.

  • Apply for up to three months loan repayment holiday.
  • No payments during that time.
