Change your card details

There are a number of ways you can make a change to your card or account details.

Online

ANZ Internet Banking

You can use ANZ Internet Banking to:

• update your personal information
• decrease your credit card limit
• change to another credit card
• combine your ANZ credit cards.

On the phone

Call ANZ on 0800 658 044 and we'll help you:

• update your personal information
• upgrade to a Gold or Platinum card
• add or delete an additional cardholder
• increase or decrease your credit limit
• change to another credit card
• combine your ANZ credit cards.

On paper

• Change card type form (PDF 111kB)

You can use this form to:

• upgrade your card
• add or delete an additional cardholder
• increase your credit limit
• change to another credit card
• combine your ANZ credit cards.

You can drop the form into any ANZ branch or mail it to the address at the foot of the form.
